Delivery and pickup
You can have your order delivered anywhere in Australia, or collect it from us in Hallam, whichever suits you better.
Delivery
Section titled “Delivery”Processing: allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. During sale periods this can stretch to 2 to 7 days.
Delivery: once dispatched, standard courier delivery is an estimated 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you are.
So from order to doorstep, it’s fair to budget roughly 2 to 8 business days in normal periods, and a little longer during sales.
We work with all major courier providers.
Tracking
Section titled “Tracking”You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is processed and ships, so you can follow it along.
If it hasn’t arrived well beyond the window above, please don’t sit and wonder. Give us a call or drop us an email, and if you have your order number handy we’ll find you straight away. We’d much rather start chasing the courier early than have you waiting.
If it arrives damaged
Section titled “If it arrives damaged”That’s a rotten thing to open, and we’ll sort it out with you. Don’t set it up. Have a look at Arrived damaged or faulty: there are a couple of things worth doing straight away that make the claim painless, starting with photographs.
Pickup
Section titled “Pickup”Choose “Pick Up” at checkout and collect from our warehouse. You’re very welcome to come and see us.

Wait for the email telling you your order is ready before coming in. It saves you a wasted trip or a wait at the counter while we pick and test the machine.
Bring your order number along and we’ll have you on your way quickly.
Payment
Section titled “Payment”We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. Bank transfer is available for bulk orders.
Bulk and business orders
Section titled “Bulk and business orders”We supply small and medium businesses with bulk equipment, and we export refurbished stock to businesses and resellers in New Zealand, the Middle East and the United States.
