Everything is tested before it ships, so it should be ready to go when it reaches you.
What’s not included
Section titled “What’s not included”Microsoft Office or any other paid software. Office is a separate product with a separate cost, so it isn’t bundled in. There are a few ways to go about it, including some free options: have a look at Windows licensing.
Original manufacturer packaging, on refurbished items. (Brand New and Open Box items are a different matter: Brand New arrives factory-sealed.)
About the accessories
Section titled “About the accessories”Chargers and cables may be genuine manufacturer items or high-quality equivalents, and may themselves be refurbished. They’re tested, and covered by the same 12-month warranty as the device.
If something’s missing from your order, we’re sorry about that, and it’s usually sorted quickly. Just get in touch and let us know what’s not there. Having your order number handy helps us find you fast, and we’ll get the missing piece out to you.
